In development

A clear next step.
At your pace.

Complicated digital tasks shouldn't require you to know where to start. Eldersys helps you explore a direction through clear choices, one understandable step at a time.

A sample practice question

Start by choosing what you need.

What would you like help with?

  1. I need healthcare
  2. I want coverage information
  3. Something else

“I'm not sure” is a starting point, too.

The practice guide asks a follow-up question before narrowing your direction.

The approach

You set the direction.
The steps stay manageable.

Designed for older adults first, and for anyone who prefers a clearer path through a complicated task. You don't need to explain a disability to use it.

Start where you are

A broad need doesn't decide your goal. Explore a small set of choices, then confirm the direction you want.

Change the wording, keep the goal

Ask for simpler wording or more detail. The practice guide uses fixed wording options and keeps your confirmed goal.

Keep a way back

Go back to revisit a choice, start again, or exit. Nothing advances until you choose.

Where we are

Practice today.
Reviewed guidance ahead.

We're developing the interaction before offering real Medicare guidance. Accessibility and comprehension still need review and testing with intended users.

Available to explore
An English choices-only practice walkthrough with fixed simpler wording, goal confirmation and recovery. “I'm not sure” is a choice, too. It ends before any real Medicare destination.
Planned first pilot
Medicare information navigation for people approaching 65, with reviewed statements, a short checklist and authoritative resources. Suitable content review is still required.
Longer-term direction
Reusable interaction rules for other complex services, websites and agents. Vietnamese expansion is a firm priority. Read-aloud and optional progress saving remain planned.
